Grow your own garlic:
Order garlic bulbs from specialty nurseries. In the South, best results if planted in February or March. To plant, break open bulbs, separate cloves and peel away papery layers of skin.  Plant cloves tip up, 4 or 5 inches apart and 2-4 inches deep.

Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls  (These are the best C. Rolls)

1/3  cup milk
1/3  cup margarine
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups bread flour divided
3/4  cups quick cooking oats,  uncooked
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup margarine soft and divided
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sifted powered sugar
2 tbls. water

Combine milk, margarine, sugar and salt in bowl in the microwave, stirring couple times until marg. is melted. Cool. Combine yeast and 1/2 cup water in cup, let stand for 5 minutes.  In large bowl combine milk mixture, eggs, 1 cup of flour, oats and yeast mixing well. Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough.  Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.  Place in large bowl coated with cooking spray, turning to grease top, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch dough down, cover and let rest 10 minutes.  Divide dough in half and roll each into a 12 inch square. Spread each square with 2 tbls. margarine, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins, put half on each rolled out pastry.  Roll up jelly roll fashion, slice into one inch pieces. Place in sprayed two 8 inch pans or a 9 x 13 pan.  Bake 375D. for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. While warm mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 tbls. water and drizzle over warm rolls.
Yield 2 dozen.  These are delicious and freeze nicely.

Four Chip Fudge  (This is easy to make and tasty, can be frozen)

1 1/2 tsp plus 3/4 cup butter divided (no substitutes)
Can condensed milk
3 tbls. milk
1 pkg.(12 oz.) semi chocolate chips
1 pkg. (11-12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 pkg.(10 oz.) peanut butter chips
1 jar ( 7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla--you could also use vanilla and or walnut or rum extract
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Line 9 x 13 in. pan with foil and grease with 1 1/2 tsp. soft butter, set aside.  In a large heavy pan, melt the remaining butter, add milk, semi choc, milk choc. peanut butter chips and condensed milk.  Cook over medium to low heat stirring constantly until smooth.  Remove from the heat; stir in the butterscotch chips, marshmallow creme and extracts until well blended, then stir in nuts. Spread into pan, refrigerate until well set. Remove foil by turning candy out of pan, put back in and cut.      Makes around 4 pounds. (I have bought the larger jar of marshmallow creme and put in a little extra, but not all of it.)

11 Corinthians 4:17,18

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;  While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
