To the Editor
I was very disappointed to read the editorial on Wellness Steps. Being a participant of this wonderful program I feel like I have just been insulted along with my fellow team members. I have been in the program for only four weeks and already the pounds we are losing as a group stand to blow the first session out of the water so I fully believe that the numbers are accurate.
I am not able to pay for a weight loss program at this time and so it is a blessing to be able to participate in Wellness Steps. Already in the four weeks I personally have lost 12 pounds which is more than I have lost on my own in 4 months. I have so much more energy and am excited to have this life-changing experience handed to me on a silver platter.
Maurice Saliba has shown dedication to us and it appears that he is literally pouring his heart and soul into our lives. He is not pushing any products or his own company and is already encouraging us to think about how we will do this on our own when the ten weeks is finished. Have you ever taken the time to meet with him or talk with him about this program?
I hope to see this program continue and I applaud everyone involved in making it happen. Thank you.
