The Tennessee Mockingbird

Charges Dropped Against Mockingbird

By June Griffin

The Tennessee Mockingbird had a rough time in the last nine months. The winds of internationalism blew against her and those who hated her old friend, Davy Crockett, fired birdshot and tried to kill the Mockingbird, but by the Grace of the Creator, she flew into Rhea County unharmed. As she flew southward, she had picked up a press release about her good friend, and prayer partner, June Griffin.

June left this Press Release for her to announce to Cardinals, Vultures, and her fellow, the Brown Thrush as well as the lowly sparrows. The Lord of the Whole Earth and Author of the Bible had said that if He watched over the sparrow, He would watch over June. She found it so.

PRESS RELEASE

June Griffin

June Griffin, who was charged with very serious criminal charges for removal of a Mexican flag from a Spanish grocery store window, has had charges against her dismissed. The cause for dismissal was the fact that the witnesses against her had disappeared.

She made the following statement:

"It is my privilege to give thanks to the God of our Fathers for this unusual Providence, according to the Declaration of Independence which gave us such a heritage in Christ. For 9 months, I have had this ridiculous burden placed on me, writing massive briefs and undertaking burdensome paperwork, plus the heart sorrow of being indicted before a local grand jury for an act of sheer patriotism. We have been invaded by a nation which has plainly declared that they intend to take away our nation in some sort of stupid 'restoration of their lands.' They have had the effrontery to break down our border doors, intimidated our soldiers and border patrol to the point that our own Tennessee National Guard has been hamstrung and virtually disarmed from defending themselves (at the direction of our unfit Governor Phil Bredesen - whoever heard of such a thing in the Volunteer State?).

The DA stated that they hunted over several states over a period of months looking for my adversaries who are nowhere to be found. Why is my tax money being used to hunt down men who dared to post their national colors and write Spanish all over the front of the store in plain defiance of our national sovereignty and forced benevolence to feed, clothe and educate an ungrateful multitude of invaders?

"Furthermore, I am on the lookout for a way to sue State Rep. Tommie Brown and others like her who got federal grant (tax) money into State treasuries to pass 'hate crime' laws so they could hire their friends into cushy bureaucratic and snoopy positions. I don't know how this is to be done, but let this be public notice that the way will be provided (see above Declaration of Independence reference to Divine Providence). And on top of all this, for 42 USC 1988 to provide a way for the unAmerican collective of lawyers calling themselves "aclu" (which are neither American, Civil, Liberties but definitely labor union) to glean tax dollars for their legal fees while they reap down the fields of the laborers (see James 5), this is also 'entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth (Master of Armies)!!!

"I want to thank those who took place in nationwide public and private prayer meetings for this situation. I want those who prayed to know that II Chron. 7:14 is still our national covenant and though this is a sinful nation, yet as the Lord spoke through Gov. Wm. Bradford, Governor of the Plymouth Colony, "It is not for our righteousness for we are a stubborn and rebellious nation, but for the promise to our fathers and for the wickedness of these enemy nations, He will drive them out."

For details of this dismissal, see http://www.rhea.xtn.net. Front page, Herald News of Dayton, Tennessee, headline: "Civil Rights Case Against June Griffin Dismissed." The case is on file in the Rhea County Court House with interesting revelations and documents which are worth the research."

The Mockingbird flew back to her nest where she found a lot of other little Mockingbirds, pecking their way out of the shell. They had made their nest with scraps of a burnt red, white and blue Stars and Stripes. It was burned by Mexicans. "Nevermore, quoth the Raven."
