1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbls. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, onions and seasonings.  In a medium mixing bowl combine 5 slices bread (minus the crust,) eggs, and milk.  Break bread in small pieces, stir well with fork then use mixer, beat till smooth. Mix meat mixture and bread mixture together. Shape in 6-7 individual  loaves, roll each in bread crumbs.    You can put the bread crusts in as you make the 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs in chopper. Place meat in lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" in pan.  Spread chili sauce over loaves. Pour boiling water into baking dish. Bake uncovered 350 D. for one hour.  Transfer to a serving platter.  Yield 6-7 servings.  Many times I will also add chopped green pepper. to meat.

Ecclesiastess 5:19,20
Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God. For he shall not much remember the days of his life; because God answereth him in the joy of his heart.
